Sponsor the Aqsarniit Trade Show & Conference 2027, February 10–13, 2027 at the Rogers Centre in Ottawa. Choose a sponsorship level, then add any of the opportunities below. Prices are in Canadian dollars. No tax is charged on sponsorships.

All-Access delegate passes include conference sessions, the trade show floor, the Meet & Greet and all five keynote meals. Bronze sponsors can upgrade their Delegate Pass to All-Access for $285 plus HST. Hotel rooms are held for you in the event hotel block; you book and pay for them yourself.

How it works
- Email us with the level and add-ons you're interested in. We'll confirm availability and send a sponsorship agreement.
- The Baffin Regional Chamber of Commerce invoices you once the agreement is signed.
- We send your team a registration link and codes for the passes and tickets in your package. Extra passes can be bought at the regular price.
- Register your team by January 21, 2027. Names can be changed until then.
