Aqsarniit Trade Show & Conference 2027 runs February 10–13, 2027 at the Rogers Centre in Ottawa. Prices are in Canadian dollars. 13% HST is added at checkout.

All-Access passes cost $285 more than the matching pass. Buying the five meals separately costs $315.

- Tickets are added to a pass during registration. They aren't sold on their own.
- Single keynote meal tickets can be added to a Delegate Pass, Exhibitor Booth, Additional Exhibitor Pass or speaker pass. All-Access passes already include all five meals.
- Closing Gala tickets can be added to any pass.
- A table reservation holds a table of 10. Seats are bought separately as Gala tickets, so a full table is $2,250.
Bringing a guest
Pass holders can add guests during registration. We need each guest's full name, but not an email address. Guests can attend:
- Meet & Greet, Wednesday, February 10: $125
- Closing Gala, Saturday, February 13: $200
Speakers and artists
- Speakers pay $618.75, which is 25% off the member Delegate Pass rate. Confirmed speakers receive their registration link from the conference team.
- Invited artists register for free. The pass covers the Arts Market and Cultural Showcase, the trade show floor and the Meet & Greet. Artists can add a Closing Gala ticket for $150.
